This global adventure is one of the highlights of our program. Last year, we had 22 countries represented—from Korea to Australia and Israel to Ethiopia—and this year is expected to be even bigger! Here’s how it works:
- What is the Student Box Swap?
Kids in our community create a box filled with items unique to their location. They also include a clue sheet with hints to help others guess where the box came from. Then, our team coordinates the swap, and each child receives a box from another student somewhere else in the world. The fun begins when they open their mystery box and try to guess where it came from based on the clues and items inside! - When is the Box Swap?
The 2024-2025 Student Box Swap will take place in early spring 2025. By registering now, you’ll guarantee your child’s participation in this exciting experience! - Who will be your child’s Box Swap buddy?
Our team will carefully match each student with a buddy from the community based on their age, making the exchange both fun and age-appropriate. - What goes inside the box?
Students exchange treats, souvenirs, and cultural items from their host countries. It’s a wonderful hands-on way to learn about different cultures while having fun guessing where their box came from!
